At Pushpadhara Agarbatti, we take great pride in the quality of our incense products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or broken upon delivery
- You received the wrong product or wrong fragrance
- The product is defective (e.g., does not burn properly, inconsistent quality)
- The return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the order
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed (unless defective)
- Products returned without original packaging
- Items purchased during special sales or clearance promotions (unless defective)
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at info@pushpadhara.in or call (+91) 9211661566 within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return
- Attach clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
4. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will arrange and bear the cost of return pickup. If the return is due to a change of mind (where applicable), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Replacement
In many cases, we offer a replacement instead of a refund. If you prefer a replacement, we will dispatch the correct or undamaged product at no additional charge after verifying the return claim.
7. Bulk / Wholesale Orders
Return and refund terms for bulk or wholesale orders may differ. Please contact our sales team at sales@pushpadhara.in before placing a bulk order to understand the applicable terms.
